scanner came in! much faster and no wonky lines, but there's an appalling amount of dust inside the damn thing, but it's gotten to where any consumer model scanner has the same flaws. *sigh* so far the trade off's worth it. and the first thing i did? that gorgeous issue of frau with jaejoong and yoochun. *____*

spent most of the day at work watching random stuff on youtube. have been catching up on iris and then i got distracted by watching a bunch of suju videos (SHUT UP TWINNIE) and think i might possibly have a teensy tinsy little crush on hyukjae. I CAN NOW PUT NAMES TO SIX FACES. THAT'S ALMOST HALF. GO ME. :DDD

one thing i like doing while driving or when i'm anywhere around cars is to see what sorts of interesting things people come up with for personalized licence plates. like when i lived back home, i had one for my own car that said SLYTHRN. what made this even funnier was that on many mornings while i was driving to work, i'd pass by a white minivan with plates that said MUGGLE. :DDD

i still think the best one i've ever seen was when elise and i were at the grocery store near our apartment and saw a scion xb with a BENTOBX plate.

then this morning i saw a little mini in the parking garage at work that said SUV2BIG. i totally cracked up.

on a related note, i finally figured out what to get on my own, after living here for two and a half years. i just have to submit it. and figure out just how i'm going to explain it on the application form. :/

so i'm at work today when my phone rings. it's the manager of my apartment complex calling to tell me that i've had some packages (plural, mind you) sitting in the office for over a month and could i come pick them up. a notice in my mailbox would have been nice, like, when they got here. after sitting in traffic forever, i picked them up only to find that they weren't the two boxes i was expecting.

well, one was (colors that i got for the dbsg layout thing), and the other was a fabulous birthday gift from mynthence (which i am debating whether or not to wear to work, knowing my luck i'd have it on when some vip shows up). i still haven't gotten my hms dvd i got off ebay forever ago (which is strange since that seller's always been reputable in the past).

elise's magazine came in today, but i can't scan it til the new scanner comes in, hopefully by wednesday. sadly they didn't have november pati pati in stock, even special ordering it. which sucks, 'cause i really wanted that. :(

psa! did any of you get a yoochun card with colors? i've got an extra jae and i need yoochun. ♥
